Join Australian Tree Association

Membership is only $120 per year, expiring on the anniversary of acceptance of your membership just like insurances do (at 4pm).

It's not a matter of what do you get when you join but a matter of what will happen if you do not join! Other organisations have demonstrated their interference in the market place even suggesting to councils and larger corporations/utilities that they direct all their enquiries for tree related work back to the organisation. Pooling resources and funding will allow ATA to fight for your rights, seek information/research and improve the industry. Support the organisation that will listen and support you.

All members may have an optional publication on the ATA website of their details for free. There will only be one link provided to the employer/business. If for example 5 co-workers join ATA then there will only be one link and the rest will simply have their employers/business name. The owner or most senior member of the co-workers will get the link. If more than one business name or website is available then both can be listed, again only one link per TLD or business name.

As a member you will be able to put on your business cards and stationary only the following, "member ATA" or "member Australian Tree Association". There is to be no misleading advertising or soliciting that a business is a member.

ATA members at Treeworld forum must use their real name or their business name where they are the business owner. Existing members can have their name changed.

All members are bound by the Constitution, ensure you read and understand your obligations to ATA's Constitution.

  • Sponsors need not be members
  • Special logo with sponsor (and year of validity) written across it to be used (as below)
  • Price is $300 per business name and/or per TLD (Top Level Domain) for one calendar year expiring on the anniversary just like insurances do (at 4pm). If an entity has more than one website (TLD) and or business name then an additional $300 per name/website required
  • A new logo will be made available for use every year, simply download the new version which will be made available.
  • The logo below can be downsized to accomodate your application with simple html coding for websites (example)
  • Use of the logo beyond the 12 month calendar period is prohibited, do the right thing and pay for another year or remove it, non-compliance may result in expulsion and naming/shaming to notify the public of misuse.

Advertise - sponsor an industry association's website with prominent site wide links to show your support and provide incredible Google search engine value back to your website. You do not have to be a member to advertise so if you have a product and would like to support us financially even if overseas then by all means contact us.

It is first come first serve for each category (large banners up the top and smaller beneath), as long as you renew your advertising you will always retain your spot in the pecking order just like Yellow Pages.

Prices are for calendar year expiring on the anniversary of acceptance of your advertising (at 4pm).

There is two sizes to choose from. Only a picture (jpg or png etc) will be accepted. No flash files, videos or animated gifs etc.

The large size (230px X 150px) is $2500 per annum and is restricted to only two on the site and will always be at the top of the list.
The 1/2 size (230px X 75px) is only $1000 per annum without a limitation on the number. This is only around $83/month which is minimal in any advertising budget, often newspaper print ads cost more per week!

Stickers for your trucks etc

These come in two sizes, large (30cm) and small (7.5cm). They are quality made for outdoor use, a special UV vinyl, ensure surface is clean and cool prior to application. Once again YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER to purchase these. The stickers will be mailed out to you, postage included anywhere in Australia.
